Cartoon Book Club: Summer Reading Edition

The Cartoon Art Museum’s official Cartoon Book Club: Summer Reading Edition is here!

Led by Ajuan Mance (Mills College Professor of Ethnic Studies and English Dean of Digital Learning and Innovation) you will be able to join in discussions diving deep into the touching and heartfelt stories shared through these graphic novels.

Each month the club will discover a new graphic novel to open your mind to the world around you with the magical combination of words and pictures.

August 10 Discussion:

Nidhi Chinani’s Pashmina and Thi Bui’s The Best We Could Do.

Discussions and most books are appropriate for ages 14 and older. Discussion event is free for Cartoon Art Museum members, no RSVP required. Discounted book ticket available using the member discount code.
